Prouvé Partners Meeting – an event full of conversations, inspiration, and plans
There are meetings where you not only answer the question of where you are right now, but also take a moment to appreciate the road you’ve already traveled and set a clear goal for the future. One such meeting was the Prouvé Partners Meeting, which took place on 26.10 at the Q Hotel in Wrocław.
After 14:00, the beautifully arranged hall filled with conversations, and a gift welcome pack awaited everyone on their chairs. Energetic music played in the background, and the photographer captured the day’s first smiles.
Vision, numbers, and direction
We started with a broader perspective, in an inspiring presentation led by the brand’s founder herself, Katarzyna Trawińska. It was important to recall the facts to fairly appreciate the path we’ve already walked: products present on 30 markets, around one million fulfilled orders, nearly 169 million points of turnover and over PLN 55 million in commissions paid out in the Career Plan. That’s a solid foundation on which we can safely set further goals.
This part also highlighted something many of us have intuitively felt for a long time: the world is moving toward authentic recommendations and relationships. People trust people more than impersonal ads – and that’s exactly what we build on. What is globally called social selling has been everyday practice at Prouvé for years.
Tools that shorten the path to results
Then we moved on to practical matters, in a training block led by the brand’s marketing manager, Daniel Dyko. The biggest buzz came from an AI-powered duo: Asystentka (the successor to AI Chérie) and LEONARDO. Asystentka can advise on product selection and skincare, talk about the career plan or online marketing, write draft posts, and build a publishing plan. LEONARDO completes the visual side: it quickly generates consistent, aesthetic graphics ready to post. Together they form a set that saves time and lets you focus on conversation with a person – the most important link in our business.
The second good news: the 24/7 training platform is launching soon. It’s a standardized onboarding and knowledge base that a new team member can access in the evening, after work, and go through step by step – without hunting for materials in messages. It’s a guarantee of duplication that we all need.
LEVEL UP BONUS – a program that makes a difference
The culmination of the announcements was the LEVEL UP BONUS – a straightforward yet truly “strong” program for the year’s finish. The rules: in October or November, jump to a level higher than in September, in the following month confirm the result – and we increase the payout by 50%. That’s it. And that’s a lot. It’s a real chance to boost the household budget before the holidays – all it takes is to set a plan for the next 4–8 weeks and keep up the pace.
How do you turn this into “your” success?
- Choose one primary metric per week (e.g., number of new conversations/meetings).
- Base your actions on mini-rituals: a daily “power hour” (60 minutes of outreach + follow-ups), 2 posts per week with Asystentka and LEONARDO, 1 live/story with a product.
- Lay out milestones: halfway point after 2 weeks (pace check), week 3 (closing conversations), week 4 (confirming the level).
“Hot Seats”: experience in a nutshell
At 16:30 our guests took the stage. One round, short questions, inspiring answers – in just over half an hour we heard as many practical insights as you usually collect over weeks of conversations. The panel featured:
- Elżbieta Hamerlińska – Three Gold Stars Ambassador, an authority who builds large international teams.
- Piotr Witkowski – Three Gold Stars Ambassador, known for determination and reliability; for his team, “impossible” is usually just a matter of timing.
- Svitlana Lototska – head of Prouvé Ukraine, an example of resilience and smart organization of work despite extremely difficult conditions.
- Mária and Balázs Holocsy – a duo of 3* Ambassadors from Slovakia; they show that working together as a pair can be both effective and beautifully balanced.
- Natalya Myroniuk – 2 Silver Stars Partner, very consistent in education and building an online community.
- Michał Kontek – 1* Ambassador, who focuses on developing soft skills and empathetic leadership.
Emotions that carry further than slides
Right after the panel, we watched a video from our Partners in Bulgaria – a beautiful gesture and a reminder of how far our network reaches. The recording featured: Desislava Atanasova, 3 Gold Stars Ambassador, and Mariya Lazarova, 2 Gold Stars Ambassador. A moment later, we revisited a moving moment from Łódź, when Elżbieta Hamerlińska received the keys to a new car as part of the “Zawsze Do Przodu” motivational program.
The finale belonged to celebration: awarding diplomas and statuettes, a prize draw, and a distinction for the person who bought the first ticket. These were sincere applause and hugs that speak louder than many presentations.
In a beautiful wrap-up, Katarzyna Trawińska thanked both the guests and the company employees who helped with the event. Those recognized included: Valentyna Kyslytska, who co-organized the event, took care of guests from Ukraine and interpreted live; Dominik Kulczycki, responsible for audiovisual support (and solving every possible problem); Ewelina Jach-Nowak, who designed the product display; Michał Wiktorek as the photographer; and Kamila Giza-Polcyn, who covered and recorded the event; Justyna Adamczyk, who coordinated preparations; Daniel Dyko, who led the marketing training; as well as all company employees involved in the event.
What remains and what’s next?
After a day like this, there’s satisfaction and calm: we know where we’re going, and we have the tools to get there. There’s also a very practical plan for the days ahead.
And if you want to revisit the best moments – head over to Prouvé’s Instagram and watch the meeting highlights: @prouve.mlm. It’s a great way to share concrete takeaways with your people and set a common starting point for the next month.
Finally, the most important sentence that echoed between the lines all day: the real magic starts tomorrow – when you turn inspiration into action.
