Oak moss - It is a species of lichen, growing mainly on the trunks of oak trees. It is mainly found in Spain, Portugal, France and the Balkan Peninsula. Its harvest occurs in winter and early spring. It brings a woody note to the perfume. Its scent is deep, earthy, a little green and even leathery. It fixes the scent of the perfume very well. It is often found in chypre, fougère and oriental fragrances.
Cinnamon - It is one of the oldest spices in the world. Since ancient times, it has been considered a powerful aphrodisiac. The oil, which is used in perfume compositions, is extracted from the bark and branches of a tree called the cinnamon tree, through a process of steam distillation. In perfumes, cinnamon is a spicy note that brings depth and warmth to a fragrance. It has a sweet, pungent and strong aroma that has a relaxing effect and stimulates blood circulation.
Vetiver - This exotic, inconspicuous-looking plant is native to Asia. Its leaves are highly aromatic and it is from these that the fragrance oil is produced.
